It’s never too late for a kale salad, right? Just got to my uncle’s after a short shift at work and had a massive bowl of kale tipped with nutritional yeast, Craisins, sunflower seeds, Italian dressing, homemade “croutons” and – brace yourself – steak seasoning. I’m staying at my uncle’s house and he has no other seasoning blends. Turned out to be fantastic, though! Photos will come tomorrow… I’m posting this from my iPhone.
Had another great workout today. Earlier I was contemplating doing a circuit workout. Ended up doing 30 minutes of intervals on the stairmaster and then 30ish minutes of cardio-heavy cardio-strength intervals since I missed boot camp this morning. 😦 The intervals incorporated running stairs (real ones) and the track, jumping jacks and mountain climbers for stationary cardio, and strength with a bosu and a med ball. Had a great workout! All was not lost.
Off to watch Step Up: Revolution with my cousin and have my mind blown by the way people can move their bodies. So excited!
